The second Blockchain & Bitcoin Conference Georgia dedicated to the prospects of cryptocurrencies, blockchain and ICOs will take place on May 19. Who will speak at the event and what topics will be highlighted this year?
The first cryptocurrency event by Smile-Expo took place in Georgia in 2018. The conference was attended by 357 guests who could listen to expert presentations and talk to speakers from ZenCash, IBM, Shelf.Network and Golden Fleece face-to-face. Key discussion points: mining particularities, blockchain in state administration and ICO campaign features.
Ukrainian and Georgian blockchain associations signed a cooperation agreement at the event while participating projects received applications amounting to $10 million. The event was extensively backed by the local authorities. Sponsors included ZenCash, Cointraffic, Bixtrim, Glorymine and Bitforx.
The second crypto event will be even greater. It will bring together mining equipment developers and manufacturers, entrepreneurs, investors, company owners and everyone interested in the prospects of cryptocurrency industry advancement. The conference provides companies from Georgia, Ukraine and Belarus with wide opportunities for cooperation.
The first speakers are already announced:
Mariam Turashvili, an expert with 10 years of experience in Georgian ministries; Head of Project Management Department since 2017.
Peter Gelardi Mikkelsen, a managing partner at Fasttrack.network; founder of Nordic Blockchain Association.
The event will be moderated by Evgeniy Romanenko, #1 moderator of crypto events in the CIS countries, interviewer at iTuber YouTube channel and founder of Digital Georgia.
This year, specialists will examine new possibilities of blockchain application on developing markets as well as assess the government’s role in supporting innovations and the cryptocurrency industry for businesses.
